Raw materials
Only local high quality raw materials, such as apples, wineberries, gooseberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries etc., are used in the production process at our factory. Mainly combination of these ingredients determine the final colour, taste and inimitable flavour of fruit wine. High quality import wine materials are used in the production process of grape wine. These materials are strictly sorted. A taste panel consisting of nine members is established at the enterprise. Four of them are internationally certified tasters, who completed training in the Ukrainian International Institute “Magarach”. Wine material is currently supplied from Moldova, Romania, Spain and Georgia. 9% grain vinegar is an absolutely natural product, which is produced by means of acidification of high quality spirit solution by vinegar bacteria. As a result, the finished product contains not only acid, but also a certain number of esters, aldehydes and other organic compounds. Mainly these substances endue vinegar with special taste and delicious aroma. Grain vinegar is such a natural product, as sour-cream and kefir.

About
Slonim Wine Factory Unitary Affiliated Enterprise is the largest Belarusian producer of fruit wines, dessert liqueurs, nastoykas and 9% grain vinegar. The enterprise has signed contracts of sale and delivery with factories of Moldova, Romania, Ukraine and Spain. Wines produced at those factories are delivered in tanks to the Slonim Wine Factory, where they are bottled. Grape wines are produced under \"VinCent\" trademark, which is translated from Italian as \"Gaining Victory\".
The Slonim Wine Factory was founded on August 12 of 1948 as an artel \"Krasnyj Piszevik\". On May 12 of 1956 the artel was reorganized to the enterprise \"Krasnyj Piszevik\". On November 12 of 1958 the enterprise \"Krasnyj Piszevik\" was united with the Slonim District Food Plant. As a result, on December 24 of 1960 the Slonim Wine Factory was established.
There is a shop \"Buterbrodnaya\" on the territory of the enterprise. A district storehouse is located in Мinsk and Grodno, where a full range of our products is represented.
January 1, 2002 Oitsovskiy Distillery was transferred to the factory as its subdivision.
March 31, 2006 a vinegar-producing unit was transferred to the enterprise. 300 people are currently working at the factory.

In the list of grape wines of the enterprise there were novelties from Spain: white "Beatrice's Tenderness" (a grade of grapes "Pardina") and red "a bullfight Flame" (a grade of grapes "Tempramilo"). In the near future production can be got both in a retail network of Grodnesky area, and behind its limits.

The enterprise has let out a series of the Romanian grape wines: semisweet white "Muscat of Ottonel", semisweet white "Fetjaska Regala", moist white "Risling Italjana", dry white "Risling Italjana". In hot heat the white cooled wines carry out a tonic role. You can get given production in a retail network of the Grodno region, and behind its limits.

Recently the enterprise has taken part in competition-tasting "IS dense" on the best product of year. The purpose of the given competition is assistance to increase of competitiveness of production, to its advancement in the internal and external markets, to introduction of modern packing technologies of world level. As a result in a nomination «wine grape table» wine of Aligote has been noted by the diploma, in a nomination "vinegar" vinegar spirit 9 % for the food purposes also has been awarded the diploma. Now given production acquires the right of use of an emblem of competition to packing of the goods and in the advertising purposes.

A new series of the flavoured vinegar with natural extracts of grasses is let out: "To meat", "To fish", "Salad", "Italian" in ПЭТ - a bottle in volume 0,25л. The given kinds of vinegar are presented in a retail network of region and in other areas to Byelorussia.

Vitamins
Juices, used for Slonim fruit wines production, are rich with calcium salts. They regulate water fluids and stimulate cardiac performance. Apple and blueberry juice prevents gastral diseases and promotes blood pressure reduction. Ashberry juice has medical effect due to the content of a great number of vitamins (rutin). It strengthens blood vessel, prevents blood strokes. Apples contain iodine that is necessary regarding thyroid function. Cranberries contain benzoic, chinic and salicylic acids, as well as a great amount of citric acid. Studies have proved that a glass of grape wine, drunk during the meal, stimulates digestion; it prevents heart and blood vessels diseases. It is explained by antioxidant activity – components of grape juice. Wine, especially red, contains antioxidants – substances that prevent aging. The density of antioxidants increases sharply in wine and its effect is 30 times as active as the effect of vitamin E. The medical effect of wine is determined not by spirits content, but by balanced selection of organic acids, sugars, mineral salts, vitamins, essential amino acids, phosphor, ferments, pectins, which are present in grape.
